Mercy was the greatest gift,
that the God hath sent beneath.
Of all the pleasures I had,
The dearest was the reason to forgive.
I forgive my loved ones,
Who subjected the love to
The law of diminishing returns.
I forgive my friends,
Who couldn’t be traced,
In my difficult times.
I forgive that girl,
Who just couldn’t be mine.
I forgive my job,
Who paid me enough,
So that I can fly.
I forgive the every single set of time,
That rendered me sleepless nights.
I forgive myself,
For the grudge I bear.
I forgive my heart, I forgive my tear.
